I’m Agata: a devoted mother of five, proud grandmother of two, and a lifelong epicurean. After a high‑impact career in finance focused on turnaround, recovery and growth, I followed my passion for food and people. Today, I blend strategic rigour with genuine hospitality to elevate home cooking and entertaining—beautifully, simply and sustainably.
My Thermomix Journey
I started as a Thermomix Advisor, advanced to Team Leader and later served as Branch Manager, partnering with leaders and advisors to build a high‑performing, customer‑centred branch. With the perspective that comes from leading at scale, I chose to return to Team Leader—the role that best reflects my ethos—so I can serve clients directly, deliver impeccable experiences and develop an elite, high‑achieving team.
