Beef burger

Ingredients:

500 g beef, without tendons and white membranes, cut into pieces, slightly frozen
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper, ground
rapeseed oil, for frying burgers

The method of preparation

Place meat, salt and pepper in mixing bowl and chop 15 sec/speed. 6. Use a spatula to scrape the ingredients down the sides of the mixing bowl.

Form the resulting mass into 4 cutlets (Ø 10 cm) about 1 cm thick. Fry the beef burgers in a pan in heated rapeseed oil for approx. 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve with burger toppings.
