Chicken with pasta and pesto

Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic
120 g onion, cut into quarters
200 g zucchini, cut into 3 cm pieces
6 – 8 sprigs of basil, fresh, leaves only
190 g basil pesto
500 g chicken thigh meat, skinless and boneless, cut into 2 cm pieces
380 g of water
1 tablespoon of chicken stock concentrate, made in TM or 2 chicken stock cubes (per 0.5 l), crushed
100 g cream, min. 30% fat
¼ teaspoon of black pepper, ground
350 g of pasta, dry, penne rigate type
150 g green peas, frozen, previously thawed
parmesan cheese, flakes, quantity for decoration

The method of preparation

Place the garlic in the mixing bowl,

onion, zucchini, basil, add pesto, chop 3 sec/speed. 7. Scrape the ingredients down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula.

Add chicken, water, poultry stock concentrate, cream and pepper, cook 10 min/100°C//speed.

Add the pasta, mix with a spatula and cook according to the time indicated on the package/100°C//speed or until al dente.

Add green peas, mix with spatula and cook 2 min/100°C//speed.

Serve the chicken with pasta and pesto immediately after preparation, decorated with Parmesan flakes.
