Tagliatelle with bacon, ham and cream

Ingredients:

500 g of dry pasta, tagliatelle type
water, salted, for cooking the pasta
50 g Parmesan cheese, cut into 3 cm pieces
100 g onion, cut into quarters
50 g butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon of black pepper, freshly ground
150 g of cooked ham, cut into cubes
150 g of smoked bacon, skinless and boneless, cut into cubes
400 g of cream, 18% fat

The method of preparation

Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh the pasta into it. Set water for the pasta so that it cooks at the same time as the sauce. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Place Parmesan cheese in a clean and dry mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed. 10. Transfer to another container and set aside.

Place the onion, butter and pepper into the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed. 5. Use a spatula to scrape the ingredients down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add ham and bacon, simmer for 5 min/120°C/ rev. 2.

Add cream and shredded parmesan,mix 10 sec/speed 4, then heat 8 min/90°C/rpm 4. If necessary, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta just before serving. Serve warm tagliatelle with bacon, ham and cream.
